Al Davis Endorses Greg Travis

Statewide Republican Activist Commends Travis's Knowledge of Issues

July 22, 2015 – Today Greg Travis is pleased to announce his endorsement by Al Davis, longtime Harris County Republican Party activist and former State Projects Director for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.  After having evaluated the candidates in the race for District G, Al is proudly supporting Greg Travis for Houston City Council.

“I have known Greg for more than 22 years, having first met him when he volunteered to work on the 1993 Senatorial campaign for Kay Bailey Hutchison.  I have always been impressed by his keen intellect, knowledge of issues, and willingness to serve our community.

"Greg is not a politician giving lip service to platitudes. Rather, he is a successful businessman who studies the issues and comes to rational conclusions. Greg is a breath of fresh air in this current caustic political environment, as he is serious about solving our city's problems.
He will provide a voice of reason at City Hall and will make a
great City Council Member."
