American Council of Engineering Companies of Houston Political Action Committee Endorses Greg Travis for District G
ACEC Houston PAC votes to support Greg Travis for Houston City Council District G!
September 1, 2015 – Today Greg Travis proudly announces his endorsement by the American Council of Engineering Companies PAC. When making the recommendation to the committee members for endorsement, Chairman of ACEC Houston PAC Jeff Collins noted Greg Travis's astute understanding of the importance of continuing to provide a high quality of life for the citizens of District G through the protection of their health and safety, and increased economic development of the city.
Mr. Collins also stated that Greg Travis is the best candidate in the race with an exceptional understanding of the importance in carrying out critical infrastructure projects of streets and drainage improvements for the City of Houston.
ACEC Houston is the local chapter of a national and state organization, with over 100 member companies representing civil, geotechnical, structural and MEP engineering firms. ACEC Houston focuses on those issues that are important to their members' consulting and engineering businesses and the public welfare, providing a political voice for the engineering interests in the Houston metropolitan region.
